World Heritage sites | Pink city to be the 2nd city from India
The Walled City of Jaipur, known for its iconic architectural legacy and vibrant culture, on Saturday made its entry into the World Heritage Sites list of UNESCO – New Delhi report confirms the new UNESCO World Heritage Site of India, the Pink City (Jaipur). It was the 43 rd session of the WHC (World Heritage Council), UNESCO in Baku – a historic city of Azerbaijan from 30 th of June to 10 th of July in which the Walled city was declared as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
